THE FRIENDS’ FALL BOOK SALE IS BACK!
Did you miss the annual fall Friends of the Library Book Sale during the renovation and expansion? So did we!
The big fall book sale makes its triumphant return September 25-27 in the Community Room. Come browse and buy gently used hardbacks and paperbacks in nice condition: literary fiction, history, mystery and thrillers, fantasy and sci-fi, travel, sports, kids’ books, cookbooks, and more. Plus, pick up CDs and DVDs (because you can’t always stream everything), as well as some of that cool-looking Friends swag you’ve been seeing around the Township!
Friday, Sept. 25: 6–9 pm (Preview Night for Friends members only; you may join at the door, or join now)
Saturday, Sept. 26: 10 am–5 pm
Sunday, Sept. 27: 1–5 pm (bag sale; see below)
Hardbacks: $4. Paperbacks: $3. Children’s books: $2. DVDs and CDs: $1-$2.
Sunday: $10/standard paper grocery bag (~12” wide x 7” high x 7” deep) full of books
(bring your own bag)
Cash, credit cards, and Venmo all accepted.
All sales support the Friends of the HTFL, who raise money to support and enhance the Library’s acquisitions, programming, and services.
The Friends’ Fall Book Sale is a beloved tradition for bibliophiles in Haverford Township and beyond. Don’t miss it!
